GENERAL PRINCIPLES

  • Papers will be accepted only through the paper submission system on the Congress web page, and papers sent by mail or e-mail will not be evaluated.
  • Sent to noticesThe papers will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees; the acceptance and presentation of the papers in the congress will be decided by the Scientific Committee. 
  • After submitting your paper, corrections and updates will not be made through the system until the referee process. Studies will not be edited after the referee process.
  • Accepted papers will be published on the web page after the end of the congress.
  • Abstracts will be accepted to our congress firstly.
  • Papers will be presented as poster and oral. They can be presented in Turkish or English according to your preference.
  • Maximum 2 papers will be accepted in our congress. 2 oral or 1 oral, 1 poster or 2 poster papers will be accepted. If the participant wants to upload and present more than 1 paper, he/she must pay an additional paper fee for the other paper.
  • In order for the abstracts to be accepted, the author who will make the presentation must register to the congress.
  • Even if the registration process is completed, the papers that are not presented will not be included in the Congress Book.
  • You can also upload a full text paper to our congress. You can enter your full-text paper in Turkish or English. For participants who want to send a full-text paper, the full-text paper system will be activated on the website between the relevant dates. Full text paper submission is optional.

Abstracts and full texts will be published on the web page after the congress.

If you would like to submit your paper to one of the journals below, you need to apply directly;

1-Articles submitted to the journals will be subject to the normal referee process.
2-When submitting to the journal, it is required to write "This article is derived from the paper titled XXX and the relevant paper was presented as oral/poster at the ICAEH 2024 congress" in the Cover Letter.
