GENERAL PRINCIPLES

  • Papers will only be accepted via the paper submission system on the Conference website; papers sent by post or email will not be considered.
  • Sent papersThe submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees; The Scientific Committee will decide on the suitability and acceptance of the papers to be reported in the congress and the form of presentation. 
  • Once you have submitted your paper, you will not be able to make any corrections or updates via the system until the peer-review process begins. Once the peer-review process has begun, you will not be able to edit your paper.
  • Accepted papers will be published on the website after the conference has ended.
  • We will initially be accepting abstracts for our conference.
  • Papers will be presented as posters or oral presentations. They may be presented in Turkish or English, as you prefer.
  • Participants may submit a maximum of two papers for our conference. We will accept either two oral presentations, or one oral presentation and one poster presentation, or two poster presentations. If a participant wishes to submit and present more than one paper, they must pay an additional submission fee for the extra paper.
  • In order for the abstracts to be accepted, the author who will make the presentation must register to the congress.
  • Papers that have not been submitted, even if the registration process has been completed, will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.
  • You may also upload a full-text paper to our conference. You may submit your full-text paper in Turkish or English. For participants wishing to submit a full-text paper, the full-text paper submission system will be activated on the website during the relevant dates. Submission of a full-text paper is optional.

JOURNALS TO WHICH YOU CAN SUBMIT PAPERS

The abstracts and full texts of the papers you have submitted will be published on the conference website after the event.

If you wish to submit your paper to one of the following journals, you must apply directly;

1. Articles submitted to journals will be subject to the standard peer-review process.
2. When submitting to the journal, the cover letter must include the following statement: “This article is derived from the paper entitled XXX, which was presented as an oral or poster presentation at the ICAEH 2024 conference.”.
