8th International Congress on Agriculture, Environment and Health 22-24 May 2025 at Aydın Adnan Menderes University Atatürk Congress Centre Face-to-Face and Online Participation will be realised as

  • Participants with papers can complete their registration through the registration system after submitting their work through the paper submission system.
  • Participants of the congress all participants participation fee must be paid.
  • Only those who have paid the registration fee, registered and made their presentations will be given a certificate of participation.
  • Participants who are other authors will be issued a certificate if they pay the registration fee through the registration system.
  • You can also benefit from the congress facilities by participating in our congress as a listener.
  • Participants without a paper can complete their registration via the registration system.

  • Participation in Scientific Programmes (Oral presentations, participation in panels and courses)
  • Participation Documents / Name Badge
  • 4 Coffee Break Service

Undergraduate students will receive % 25 discount for their first paper during registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy

- 80 percent of the payment can be refunded for cancellations made by the participant until 02 May 2025, but no refund is possible for cancellations after this date, name change can be made.

- All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Registration Secretariat.

- Refunds will be made after the congress.
